Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shippingwithsherri.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at hello@shippingwithsherri.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will determine if you will receive a refund or in store credit valid for 90 days not to be used on shipping costs.
Disclaimer
Our products are mostly handmade using natural materials, which means that texture, color, and pattern may vary from piece to piece. We often use reclaimed timber, naturally weathered materials, and off-cuts that would otherwise be discarded in our designs. Please note that with all timber / woods natural splitting, cracking, and loss of natural oils may occur, and these are not considered imperfections or faults, but rather part of the timber's natural life and beauty. We believe that using natural materials and handcrafted elements results in unique qualities that are inherent to materials originating from nature. Additionally, please be aware that the colour of our products may appear different on various monitors / screens and may vary from catalogue or website images.
Excessive humidity can lead to the growth of mould, especially in areas with limited airflow. This may result in the development of mould on furniture and household items. It is important to note that mould growth is not a fault of the items themselves, but rather a consequence of moisture in the air. Mould can grow on any surface and thrives in humid environments.
